Business Development Partner

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid/Remote)

Compensation: Commission-based with partnership equity potential

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an entrepreneurial business development professional to join Steelhouse Advisors as a partner. This isn't a traditional employee role—this is an opportunity to build and scale a consulting practice alongside the founder, with significant upside potential.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage client relationships and deliver growth consulting services
  • Build and implement customer acquisition systems for clients
  • Collaborate on strategy, operations, and business development
  • Help scale the firm from boutique consultancy to full-service growth agency

Who You Are

  • Proven sales or business development experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of generating revenue
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or marketing
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN area
